ABOUT THE SOCIETY
Because the world really needed another blog dedicated to the Portland Trail Blazers. We're a group of journalists and fans who've grown up with--or have grown to love--Oregon's only professional franchise (and this won't change when MLS comes to town). Plus we're convinced that--if given the chance--we could totally hit the Toyota halfcourt shot. Until then, we're stuck here in the Portland Roundball Society.

PRS Post - Lakers vs Blazers

Thought we’d try something new. So, without further ado, the first PRS Post.

To be honest, we began just testing recording technology, in the hopes of launching the PRS Podcast. But since Sean Highkin and I were there, and we’d just watch the Blazers top the Lakers in the season’s first preseason game, we figured we’d share our thoughts.

Amongst them:

    - Damian Lillard: looking good at the point, but wasting time off the ball?
    - Myers Leonard: A more natural offensive player still finding his way on defense.
    - Jared Jeffries: The spiritual leader of the Blazers ‘D’?
    - The Blazers ‘D’ at large: the real weak spot?
    - Adam Morrison: The answer?

And more. So have a listen:
