So owners were giving away huge contracts on the theory they don't think they will have to pay all of the 2011 portion. Okay,but what about the rest of the yrs? Do they expect to lock out the players every yr?
There were only 7 max/near-max contracts signed(3 by Miami). Do the owners really think they are going to get rollbacks on less than max contracts? The owners sure aren't getting a rebate on this coming season's contracts.
